The course will take place in Loutraki, from 11 till 17 October 2020 and from 10 till 16 October 2021.
Also our organization is flexible on other dates at your request (minimum 6 persons).

Introduction
If students are improvising actors, then teacher should be not scene directors but, scene designers. By effectively guiding our students to a learning appreciating environment we increase their performance in a pleasant for all, way.
The scene is dominated by the teacher’s presence. Our own behavior is the main guide of our student’s behavior. Our consistency and recognition leads to trust, that cements the desirable environment.
As teachers we are already using almost all the recommended techniques. Be reflecting on our practice and sharing our experiences and discussing new ideas in an organized way we will cover the theoretical background in a constructive way.

Smart behaviour management for great learning outcomes is organised in five subunits:
· Managing our own behaviour and setting the scene.
· Trust building through consistency in rules implementation creation of routines and habits configuration.
· Positive reinforcement through recognition of the desirable behaviour and positive messages home
· Creation of depressurization channels to calm tensions in case of challenging behaviours.
· Actions and reactions to manage challenging behaviours beyond punishment.

From Elefterios Venizelos Airport to The city of Loutraki
- Suburb
Elefterios Venizelos Airport is Athens Airport . You can use suburb as it is the fastest, cheapest and easiest way to get to the Loutraki City.
You can take the suburb ( http://www.trainose.gr/en/passenger-activity/suburban-railway/ ) from the airport suburb station. Then you will buy a ticket to Korinthos. The duration of the trip is approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes.
When you get arrive to the Korinthos suburb station you can take the urban transport. You will take the bus from the suburb station and it will get you to Corinth bus station . From there you will buy another ticketto Loutraki and get the bus. The bus will get you to Loutraki. And you did it!!.
2. Bus
EXPRESS Bus routes connect directly the with the Athens International Airport (AIA) “Eleftherios Venizelos”.All buses disembark passengers at the Arrivals Level (outbound trips from airport).
All buses disembark passengers at the departures Level(inbound trips to airport) and depart from the Arrivals Level (outbound trips from airport)EXPRESS Bus tickets are sold at the info/ticket –kiosk (located outside the Arrivals between EXISTS 4 AND 5) or onboard (ask operator) at no extra cost.
There are four routes: You must choose EXPRESS Bus X93.
The route EXPRESS Bus X93 (65 min)to KIFISSOS is yours for getting KIFISSOS bus station .From KIFISSOS BUS STATION ,Intercity Bus Terminal you will get the bus to Loutraki under Korinthian Platform (1 hour duration ) You get off the bus in the center of Loutraki.
