PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM
The purpose of the program is for trainees to acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to meet the needs of adult learners participating in lifelong learning seminars and programs.

• Undergraduate and postgraduate students interested in working in adult education.
• To Sociologists, Psychologists, Social Workers and other scientists of different directions and specialties.

METHODOLOGY
The training seminar offers:
• Continuous feedback of questions, questions and clarifications by the responsible trainer by email.
• Includes a textbook, additional educational material, audiovisual material, scientific articles, theses and doctoral theses and related bibliography.
• The final evaluation of the seminar concludes with the preparation of final work and short activities and self-assessments per thematic unit of the seminar.
