The European Union has set up the Education and Training 2020 (ET 2020) program as the new strategic framework for European cooperation in the field of education and training.
This program sets a number of goals that are also ours:
• Strategic objective 1: Implementation of Lifelong Learning and mobility of people with knowledge of the European Qualifications Framework.
• * Strategic objective 2: Improve the quality and effectiveness of education and training to increase the level of basic skills such as literacy, mathematics, science and technology.
• Strategic objective 3: Promote equality, social cohesion and active participation in the community. Education must promote intercultural competence, democratic values and respect for fundamental rights and the environment, as well as the fight against all forms of discrimination, allowing all people to interact positively with their peers from different backgrounds.
• * Strategic Goal 4: Promoting creativity and innovation, including entrepreneurship, at all levels of education, training and research.
EUROPEAN EMPLOYMENT POLICY is also the policy of our Training Center.
The New Skills Initiative for New Jobs aims to:
• Promoting better anticipation of future skills needs to combat unemployment.
• Bridging the gap between the world of education and work.
• To help increase employee mobility, flexibility and adaptability.
• To help increase the competitiveness of self-employed and small and medium-sized enterprises.
• Help lift the exclusion of socially vulnerable groups.
• Promote the exploitation of new technologies in both professional and private life.
